Shipping, Returns, Refunds, and more…

Shipping

*Business days are Monday-Friday. Orders made on weekend or holidays days will be processed the following operating business day.

For most merchandise, Stated uses a print-on-demand high quality drop shipper which has locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently! In order for us to ship your order as soon as possible, one or more of your items might ship separately in some cases.

*Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our fulfillment times for certain products may be longer than usual and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. We're seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers as the entire industry is grappling with challenges. We appreciate your patronage and patience during these trying times.


-Orders usually take 3-7 days to fulfill after which they are shipped. Shipping usually takes 5-12 business days from the time of purchase. Shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

● USA: 5–12 business days

● International: 10–20 business days

Standard shipping rates start at $3.99 and are increased by weight in pounds. Please review shipping at final checkout.

*An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.


Returns

Because Stated provides personalized apparel and accessories, we do not offer returns and exchanges. In the unfortunate event that you receive a defective order PRIOR to washing and drying, please let us know by contacting us at statemyword@gmail.com with clear photos of damaged product, your order number, and other pertinent information.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. Mistakes happen and we want to rectify this issue as quickly as possible should it ever occur. 

Refunds

Stated only offers refunds for defective/mislabeled products, or wrong items received not for buyer’s remorse. Please be sure to pay close attention to color and size selection through the duration of your shopping experience and check out process. 

*Exceptions for refunds are made in rare case-by-case situations. In the event that you are granted a refund, merchandise must be returned unused, in like new condition. Stated reserves the right to refuse returns based on the condition of products (i.e. smoke smell, burn marks, pet hair, etc.). Please note, customers are responsible for their own shipping costs incurred at point of purchase and for returns. Refunds will be provided in the form of store credit.


Sizing

It is imperative that you know unisex shirts and sweatshirts are cut for men and typically run larger in size unless otherwise stated. For a slimmer fit, we recommend sizing DOWN. Shirts and dresses that specifically say “women” generally fit more snug unless it is made for a relaxed, more loose look (e.g. hoodie dress, t-shirt dress).


Should you have a question about sizing, please read the product description box, peruse our social media pages for similar styles, or simply reach out to statemyword@gmail.com. At this time we are not able to make size exchanges and refunds are not granted for buyers remorse.


Care

To maintain the high quality of our products for an extended time, we recommend:

-washing all items before wearing them

-Gentle machine wash and hand dry or dry cleaning for regular care


Stated does not assume responsibility for items that have been altered due to customer care and handling.


Miscellaneous

Late/Lost Packages

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

-Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

-Ask your local post office if they have your package

-Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them


If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at statemyword@gmail.com with your order number.

If you inaccurately input or provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our drop-shipping facility.


You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
