Business Days

Our business days are Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next operating business day.

Order Fulfillment

Stated uses a high-quality, print-on-demand drop shipper with locations worldwide. This means your order will be printed and shipped from the facility that can fulfill it most efficiently based on your location. To ensure the fastest delivery, some items in your order may be shipped separately.

Please note:

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our fulfillment times for certain products may be longer than usual. We are experiencing delays across our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers. We appreciate your patience and support during these challenging times.

Shipping Times

- Orders typically take 3-7 days to fulfill before they are shipped.

- Shipping usually takes 5-12 business days from the time of purchase. The estimated shipping times are as follows:

- USA: 5–12 business days

- International: 10–20 business days

Shipping rates start at $3.99 and increase based on the weight of the items. Final shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

International Orders

An additional customs and tax fee may be applied to international orders. These fees are determined by your local customs office and are beyond our control. Customs policies vary widely, so please check with your local customs office to understand any duties or taxes that may apply to your purchase.

Return and Exchange Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our apparel and accessories, Stated does not offer returns or exchanges. However, if you receive a defective product before washing and drying it, please contact us at statemyword@gmail.com. Include clear photos of the damaged item, your order number, and any other relevant details.

Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks of receiving the product. We understand that mistakes happen, and we are committed to resolving any issues as quickly as possible.

Care Instructions

To maintain the high quality of our products over time, we recommend the following care practices:

- Wash all items before wearing.

- Use a gentle machine wash and hand dry, or opt for dry cleaning for regular care.

*Please note that Stated does not assume responsibility for items that have been altered due to customer care and handling.

Late/Lost Packages

If your package is late or lost, please follow these steps before contacting us:

- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.

- Ask your local post office if they are holding your package.

- Check with your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

If the shipping address was correct and the package wasn't left at the post office or with a neighbor, please contact us at statemyword@gmail.com with your order number.

If you provided an incorrect or insufficient address, the shipment will be returned to our drop-shipping facility. You will be responsible for reshipment costs once an updated address is confirmed with you.

Refund Policy

Stated only offers refunds for defective or mislabeled products, or if the wrong item is received—not for buyer’s remorse. Please be sure to carefully select the correct color and size during your shopping and checkout process.

*Exceptions for refunds may be made in rare, case-by-case situations. If a refund is granted, the merchandise must be returned unused and in like-new condition. Stated reserves the right to refuse returns based on the condition of the products (e.g., smoke smell, burn marks, pet hair, etc.).

Please note that customers are responsible for their shipping costs for both the initial purchase and any returns. Refunds will be provided in the form of store credit.

Stated Sizing Guide

Please note that unisex shirts and sweatshirts are cut for men and typically run larger unless otherwise stated. For a slimmer fit, we recommend sizing down. Shirts and dresses labeled as “women’s” generally fit more snugly, unless designed for a relaxed, loose fit (e.g., hoodie dress, t-shirt dress).
